Mid-century style inspired this toy bin designed for a couple of greyhounds’ toys (the bin would work equally well for children’s toys).  Constructed from a walnut plywood box with solid walnut legs and and vertical slats, the bin is sized for the dogs to easily reach in and pick a favorite plaything.  Slight alterations to the size could accommodate many other uses, such as a newspaper/magazine rack or a planter/flower box. 

The finish is a pet and kid (and earth) friendly hard oil-wax.
