While I’m not sure this is actually a Danish piece, it looks like it could have been. The chair was given to me by a friend, in pieces with no upholstery or cushions, just a base and seat frame.

The base needed a good cleaning then was lightly sanded and refinished. I refurbished the seat frame with new foam and padding before upholstering it with a mod fabric which gave a vibe of being from the same era.

I did take a little liberty with the upholstery style and wrapped the fabric around the chair back, rather than a more traditional vertical seam at what would normally be the corner of the back. The result is a smoother and sculpted chair back and more continuity with the pattern of the fabric.
